Natural Marathon Sod is lightweight and made of tightly bound roots and grass. The absence of dirt makes it easy to replace and keeps the unit clean. An average piece of sod will last 2 to 12 weeks depending on weather conditions, dog size and how often dogs use it. The live sod needs water 2 to 3 times a week. It is recommended to use live sod until your dog gets use to the potty.
