Comes with complete instructions on how to assemble and plant. All you need is approximately 1 cubic yard of good, rich top soil to fill all the rings.
The Support Frame is made of 6 steel rods that form a perfect hemisphere over the tower and are clamped together by metal stamping.
The Netting is a strong, durable marine-type netting that is suspended over the support frame to protect your garden from birds and also holds mulch for winter protection.
The Plastic Cover is suspended over the support frame and tied in place with the twine and stakes included. It can serve as protection against frost for early planting and also as a method for getting seedlings off to an early growing start for later transplanting.
