CITY OF SANTA CRUZ SUBSIDY

This program is for the exclusive use of the City of Santa Cruz residents. It is intended to promote composting for residential constituents at the local level. As your literature mentions, you will be required to provide your SANTA CRUZ MUNICIPAL UTILITY ACCOUNT NUMBER (water & refuse) when ordering. That information is collected by Composters.com and passed to the city for verification purposes. If you do NOT live within the jurisdiction of this program, the subsidy will no be applied to your order.

SECURE ONLINE ORDERING

$40 will be deducted before order is processed (valid Santa Cruz Municipal Utility Account Number required)

Composters.com wants your visit to be pleasant and safe. In an effort to demonstrate our willingness to protect customer information and privacy, Composters.com has purchased its own Thawte SSL Server Certificate, that appears any time a secure purchase is made online. When ordering online, please enter your MUNICIPAL WATER BILL ACCOUNT NUMBER in ADDRESS 2 of the online order form.

If you enjoy speaking with live humans, please feel free to call our toll-free number at 800-233-8438 (International callers must use 949-643-8795). We are open Monday through Fridays, 8:30AM to 6:00PM Pacific Standard Time. You can also try us on weekends, but being close to great hiking trails and the Pacific Ocean, there is no guarantee we will be in the office! Please mention to the operator that your are order is part of the City of Santa Cruz Subsidy Program - please have your SC MUNICIPAL UTILITY BILL ACCOUNT NUMBER ready.

ORDER BY FAX

Our fax server is online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you fax in your order, it will be processed the next business day. Be sure to include a phone number, email, and your SC MUNICIPAL UTILITY BILL ACCOUNT NUMBER. Our toll-free fax # is 800-480-8270 (International customers will have to use 949-360-7864).

ORDER BY EMAIL

Though it is not secure and we cannot guarantee its safety, we have never had a problem with orders coming in via email. If you are comfortable with your email, please feel to send orders or questions to sales@composters.com

PAYMENT VIA SNAIL MAIL

Yes, the Postal Service still exists. We rather enjoy receiving orders via USPS - it is not only quaint, but we get to decipher your chicken scratch. For the sake of convenience, please print a copy of our ORDER  FORM and send it to us via regular first class mail. Try to be a little creative in the paper you use - who knows what points we award for creativity! Make sure you include a signature for credit card or check verification. Make all checks and money orders payable to:  The Green Culture. Please include your DRIVER'S LICENSE # and your SC MUNICIPAL UTILITY BILL ACCOUNT NUMBER on the check.
